Hello, Destiny Aurora fans,
I just got back from Florida to check on my family and property. There are some people there that have lost a great deal. Luckily, I was not among them.
Pages for the next issue of Lords of LA are already starting to come in. I plan on launching Issue #2 in the next few months. Below is info on the next campaign that launches in one week.
There is a great deal of excitement for the Tales of Ravenore series. The first book will launch in just 7 DAYS (October 15th). We have over 600 people on the notification list already. Also, we will be running a art giveaway. The first 50 backers that pledge for physical rewards will be entered into a drawing for exclusive online Ravenore art. This art will never be sold in stores and will be signed by Frank. They are printed on museum grade paper and will be great for framing. 10 will be given away, so a fifth of the entries will receive a copy. Make sure you are the list to get notified by clicking the link above.

In writer news. Tales of Ravenore - my new Fantasy series meant for all ages just pre-launched. There seems to be some good interest. Sign up for notifications now. The first 50 non-digital pledges will be entered into a drawing for an exclusive piece of art on museum quality paper that will be sent free of charge. I believe we will have 10 pieces to give away.
Also, below is a link to the first chapter recorded by a very talented VO artist. The book creates a new magic system and includes a witch, monsters, dragons, and a bunch of magic dueling. I'm pretty excited about this series. There's some twists and turns that will be taking place in the next book that I'm currently laying out. For those of you who are Destiny Aurora fans and asked me years ago to do an audio book, well, it's finally happening. It's being recorded right now and will be released on Audible. Vampires, Sex, & Violence-Lords of LA is Live

Hi, Destiny Aurora supporters,
The Lords of LA, my newest graphic novel that takes things a bit more to the dark side, just launched a few hours ago and we are already 20% to goal.
The Lords of LA is a story of two rival vampire clans that have moved their operations to Hollywood during its heyday in the 1950s. There they encounter iconic celebrities like Marilyn Monroe and Buddy Holly. As they solidify their hold they become infatuated with a talented lounge singer named Lena Morgan. She is turned, but she doesn't know by which one. Becoming a vampire has ruined her life and seeks revenge...on the both.
In the vein of Trueblood, this is a gritty, sexy, blood-soaked thriller with plenty of intrigue and supernatural action. There's some beautiful covers, including naughty ones.

After going into space with Destiny Aurora and hitting the espionage front with C.A.T.s where do we go next? The answer is simple - Vampires, but there are plenty of Vampire stories, so what could I do differently? How about placing those Vampires in the 1950s at the heyday of Hollywood where they run the mob, and interact with legends like Marilyn Monroe? Vampires and Tommy guns. Now, let's throw in a lounge singer, whose life was destroyed because she was turned into a Vampire. As one of them, she seeks bloody revenge. The mystery begins. Who turned her? And how far is she willing to go to destroy every last one of them?
The Abellino, Cainella, and Dragna crime families go head-to-head in this story that spans not only generations, but the beginning of history itself.
I'm very excited about this story. The Lords of LA is truly a passion project that has been written in several renditions over the past decade. Finally, the Destiny Horizons team is bringing it to comics. In the vein of True Blood, there will be plenty of blood, gore, sex, and nudity, but unlike other comics, it will be wrapped into this thrilling narrative.
As a bonus, if you're a fan of pin collecting, then you're going to love this. The guys over at Fansets, who create pins for Marvel, DC, and Star Trek, have decided to join in on the fun. They have created amazingly detailed enamel logo pins of the three Vampire clans.
There will be some great cover options, acrylic standees, and more.
